Relax Kids classes incorporate a unique 7 step system to help children manage anxiety and stress while boosting self-esteem and confidence.
Sessions support children’s mental and emotional well-being and give them tools to become resilient, calm and confident young people. Our classes are fun, lively, creative and most importantly – RELAXING.

Relax Kids classes last between 45 and 60 minutes and are different from any others as they use a unique combination of games, stretching, breathing, massage, as well as positive self-talk and mindful and relaxing visualizations.
