Relax Kids Okanagan classes last between 45 and 60 minutes and use a unique combination of games, stretching, breathing, massage, as well as positive self-talk and mindful and relaxing visualizations. They help children relax naturally, decrease stress and anxiety, and  increase self-esteem and confidence. Our classes are facilitated by trained and certified Relax Kids coaches.

Jill McIntyre
I am a Certified Relax Kids Coach, elementary school teacher, trained school counsellor and mother of three beautiful children. I have over twenty years of teaching experience in both public and private schools and have planned and implemented lessons for children with a variety of  learning challenges. I am very excited about being a Relax Kids Coach where I can help ALL kids develop mindfulness strategies and relaxation skills.

Sue Noble
I am Certified Relax Kids Coach and elementary school teacher with over 25 years’ experience, specializing in literacy and special education. I hold a Bachelor of Education Degree from UBC and a Special Education Diploma from Queens University. I am also the parent of two teenage boys, one with autism. My role as both an educator and a parent brought me to Relax Kids. I LOVE the program because it focuses on enhancing self-esteem, provides children with life-long tools to help them manage stress and anxiety, and promotes positive social and emotional development.
