Chill Skills helps young people improve their learning potential by providing them with tools and resources to manage their emotions in a positive way. Chill Skills helps children learn to relax and de-stress with a variety of relaxation and mindfulness exercises. Each session includes relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, peer massage, visualizations and discussions on topics related to improving mental and physical health and well-being. Chill Skills incorporates themes such as healthy living, self-esteem, positive thinking, emotions, and relationships.
